Monday 9:00 am Mindful Monday/Yoga Basics *Lesa
A gentle practice to start your week, starting with a guided meditation, slowly working through basic alignment postures, flowing into vinyasa and finishing with a beautiful savasana. All levels welcome.
Wednesday 7:30 am Power Yoga *Michael
A strong, steady practice, focusing on strength and alignment. Cues are given to enhance your posture, and improve your endurance. This is an intermediate class.
Wednesday 9:00 am A B C Yoga, Align Balance & Core *Lesa
Balance your week with this slow and steady build up to standing balance postures. By using the core, to strengthen your balance and create heat, you will align your breath, mind, and body. All levels welcome.
Wednesday 6:00 pm Gentle Yoga w/Essential Oils *Christine
Flowing slowly into alignment cued postures, this gentle practice infuses essential oils throughout. Restorative postures will nurture your body and calm your mind.
Friday 9:00 am Fun Flow Friday Yoga * Lesa
This Vinyasa style class builds slowly, linking breath with asana. We flow into salutations, warriors, and something new each week. Join the fun and go with the flow. This is an intermediate practice.

30-A Yoga Private classes are available for one on one instruction and group functions. We can customize a special class for your wedding, reunion, get away weekend, bachelorette/bachelor, or many other special occasions for all ages and levels.
